OutbidCasino sells visible positions in a public sponsored website leaderboard. It does not accept wagers, hold player deposits, run casino games or offer a prize based on payment.
Submitting a URL or completing payment means you accept these terms.
The URL must be real and authorised.
A submitted URL must use HTTPS, resolve to a functioning website and accurately represent its destination. The submitter must have permission to promote that website.
Malware, impersonation, deceptive redirects, unlawful material and misleading destinations are not accepted.
The bid controls the position.
Each confirmed payment buys the position that the resulting total can hold at that moment. Later confirmed bids can move a listing down.
Payment does not buy editorial approval, a review, a quality score, clicks, customers or a traffic guarantee.
Payment must match checkout.
For USDT, send the exact displayed amount to the displayed address using the TRON (TRC-20) network. The matching transaction must be confirmed before the board changes.
A transfer using another asset, amount, address or network cannot be credited automatically. Card payment, when available, is handled through the displayed payment provider.
Unsafe listings can be removed.
A listing may be paused or removed if its destination becomes unavailable, unsafe, deceptive, compromised or unlawful. Removal protects visitors; it does not turn the paid ranking into an editorial score.
Confirmed placement is final.
Confirmed digital placement payments are final except where applicable law requires otherwise or OutbidCasino confirms a processing error.
The board, payment methods and available positions may change as the service develops. Changes do not rewrite the public meaning of a paid rank.
